  在里面化㛇品牌非常齐全，各种是女孩子的最受，口红，眉筆，底粉能打扮非常漂亮，偶尔我陪着女朋友去逛一下，一看都是女人逛。而我一个阳刚之气的男人，人家看见很奇怪。但是我还是厚着脸皮呆了一会，他里面的东西确实不错。不信你们就来逛逛。

  Was not able to return a pretty terrible product because I was 1 day over the 30 day policy. The person I talked to was clearly on the fence about the return and decided not to, because she didn't think my reason was justified (the product has a pretty unappealing scent and texture).

  Stopped in today to shop the last day of the spring sale. Wasn't shopping for anything in particular but ended up in the fragrance section. I met the most wounderful associate her name was Chanel and she was ever bit as elegant , classy and timeless as her name. She made the most wounderful suggestions and we quickly discovered we had the same taste in perfume. I had an absolute blast shopping with her. She said she typical works at the Bellevue location. I'm in luxury retail management and hands down this was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. All the other ladies working in that section today were so great but Chanel was the very best!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. I understand that Sephora has a sale going on and the store is much busier than usual, but that doesn’t excuse the customer service I experienced. The cashier was very very rude and made it seem like helping customers was a burden rather than part of the job. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I’ve had good experiences at Sephora before, so this visit was disappointing. Even during busy sales, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

  I want to be fair, so I’m starting with the good: the two Givenchy representatives at this location are consistently wonderful. Warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely the reason I came in today. They go above and beyond every single time. What I am not okay with is the experience I had with a skincare vendor who was on the floor. I came in for YSL foundation help. She made it clear from the start that helping me was beneath her, and rather than simply redirecting me to a Sephora associate, she engaged dismissively. (So you have a description this woman is assumptively in her 30’s she has gray hair intertwined into the roots of her curly brown hair with light highlights, Roughly 5” 5’ ) What crossed a clear line: mid-conversation, as I was describing my undertone needs as an Afro Latina woman, she physically whipped her head around and said “What?” with an unmistakable reaction to my ethnicity. My 16-year-old son was standing right there. His words, not mine: “How are you going to look at someone like that and question what race they are?” I calmly located a Sephora associate myself. She was kind, apologetic, and handled everything professionally. Sephora, vendors in your space represent your brand whether they work for you or not. This woman is a liability to every customer who walks in after me.
