- WFWinnie FanJul 2, 20265.0I have gotten my hair done numerous times and gone to numerous salons, this is literally the first time I am 100% happy with everything. Larisa is the sweetest, my hair color looks awesome and the Milbon treatment she did completely changed my hair!
- DCDominique ChicaizaJun 18, 20261.0I got done a hair gloss saying that it will last for two months, the color started to fade in less than 5 days. I called them and they said “we will do happy to help you, we will redo it for free,” since I was promised and told it will last for two months. I sent the pictures and everything, Becca said that they cannot do it for free and being very rude via phone. They lied about redoing my hair and also about the lasting treatment. After insisting since it is unfair being lied, I told Becca that they cannot do this since I was told before they would redo it for free and she wanted to charge me, then she got mad and agreed, that is poor customer service when I invested more than 400 hundred dollars for that. I felt disrespected and the attitude that lady had was awful. She also said “we did not know what was done on your hair before” when the moment I got my hair done with them I explained all of I have gotten done. I got lied at this place and being treated very poorly.
