I’ve been shopping at Aveda for over a decade and love the moments of relaxation. I’ve visited many Aveda locations in state and out of state and the U Village location stands out to me the most. I got a chance to meet the GM Penelope and her team many years ago. She embodies stellar customer service. There is a strong foundational aspect to the Aveda products that isn’t just in a manual. It’s reading the customer, listening to them, letting them guide the process and creating a skin care routine.
Penelope is an excellent trainer and this is reflected in each staff.
I put a stellar review on yelp and want to give 10 stars to this location. Keep up the great work. My favorite happy place for skin care.

The U Village Aveda is a beautiful store with a vibrant, inviting setup. A little larger from the Pacific Place and Bellevue Square stores, I believe. I find that they are always well stocked and hire knowledgeable sales reps that are truly passionate about the Aveda products and mission. You'd think that the quality, ingredients and the appeal would decrease by change but that's definitely not the case with Aveda since Estee Lauder purchased in the late 90s. Aveda has been able to maintain their original principles and quality imo. Aveda was one of the first beauty companies to encourage greater environmental responsibility and brought interesting and unique hair products to the mainstream market. I pretty much love how everything smells especially the relaxing elements. My go-to products are the hair masques, damage remedy, chakra mists, all three oils (beautifying is my favorite) and the entire body care line especially their body scrub and hand relief. I highly recommend you shop during Mother's Day or any special holiday and try out some of their great intro kits that are anywhere from $35 to $55. They make beautiful gifts! And, the Aveda Rewards Program offers FREE shipping on every single order (no minms).

Today I was first time at the Aveda store at UVilage and I absolutely loved it. All 3 lady’s working there were super nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I only cached Zoe’s name, she is absolutely amazing, she gave me a lot of ideas how to use my chakra Mist and even did breathing aroma therapy for me. I had a really nice relaxing and fun experience. Will be back again!
