  I genuinely like the salon owner and don’t want this review to reflect on her. Unfortunately, my experience with Chloe was deeply disappointing. Other than asking a few questions at the beginning about what I wanted, she did not speak to me for the remainder of the appointment. There was no conversation, no explanation of what she was doing, and no discussion until after she had washed my hair, trimmed the ends, and blow-dried it. Only then did she tell me she couldn’t give me the haircut I’d come in for and that I should come back in two weeks after it had grown out more. Had she made that assessment before beginning the appointment, I could have chosen how to proceed. Instead, I wasted a hour and paid full price for a trim I and a blowout I didn’t need. It was an extremely uncomfortable and frustrating experience.

  Shout out Taylor!! Got home today and genuinely cried tears of pure JOY when I saw my reflection again (which has NEVER happened when it comes to my hair…) Today was my first time there, I made an appointment by phone a week in advance. I explained I was wanting help beginning to get the red hair color that I had, out, and start blending into my natural roots color, which is a warmish, ashy brown (I had an inch and a half ish of root growth I think lol). The receptionist listened well, (was so nice too!!), and assigned me a stylist on the phone she thought would be best, and she was an absolutely AMAZING choice! Not only was her service extremely kind, fast, and gentle… but she was the first person to EVER actually seem to understand what I wanted and executed it SO beautifully… (Ive been told by so many stylist over the years that my goals or ideas for my hair wouldn’t be achievable, but Taylor went way above and beyond my expectations!) I literally don’t have the words to express my thankfulness, I finally feel comfortable, and like myself for the first time in a very long time… thank you Taylor and team!! 🥰

  I don't like my haircut

  I went in feeling super nervous about my haircut. I’ve had long hair so so long but after losing a ton of hair, it was time to chop it short! Sara was wonderful, kind, and efficient. I went in thinking I’d come out with a short bob but left with a really cute shoulder length layered cut. I love it. I will absolutely go back to see her for my next service! I paid $70 plus tip. Worth it!

  I have to say Eon is the most caring sweetest hairstylist l've met in a long time she took her time asked me all the questions about my hair to know how to help me she even came in on her day off and worked past closing hours she really cares about you and she very professional and more i absolutely love her she did magic to my hair that I thought wasn't possible my hair was dead my hair was a disaster thinning chunks of my hair were missing and because of her my hair is amazing Thank you Eon for going above and beyond for me I'm forever thankful
