  The woman working the register treated me atrociously though I was spending upward of a hundred dollars. Weird comments about being able to afford this, and she shouted at me while I was paying?? Will never be returning to this Sephora. Hope she gets fired for her awful attitude. The other ladies were mostly alright, though they seemed rushed and I was the only one in the store. Weirdos… will gladly be taking business as a MUA to Ulta

  Sephora is usually my favorite place to shop for cosmetics. I live three hours away from this sephora. When I got home, I realized my mascara.I purchased was missing. Spend an hour looking in my car, finally called sephora and after reviewing video said, "it looks like it didn't make it in your bag, we'll set it a side for you." no apology at all. I said just mail it to me, please. She said, I'm sorry we can't do that. The best I can do is give you a credit or set it aside. The girl that waited on me was scatter. Brained, and was so worried about helping a customer on the floor she didn't even pay attention. And I was on my way to another appointment and set it aside. She actually said we can give you some free samples. The next time you come back around. Wow, I can get free samples online as what i've should have said. I took the credit and ordered it online. It'll be a long time before I visit. If ever this sephora again. The people on the floor were very helpful, but the cashier was embarrassing.

  The women working here are very rude! Honestly made me cry in the car on the way home :( I raised a concern and they made me feel as though I was stupid, mean girl behavior!

  Love this store! I’m always greeted and helped. Also, if you need a good brow wax they’re super detailed. You can tell she’s really passionate about her job. I’ve done order pickups here as well and always had a positive experience.
