  Jess was so amazing best hair stylist ive ever had my hair turned out gorgeous she was so nice and funny and sweet 100 percent coming back for my next hair cut

  I walked in and got a haircut from Alicia. She was very nice and polite, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the haircut. I asked for a medium fade, and she requested a picture because she explained that styles can vary from person to person. I showed her the exact style I wanted, but the final result looked nothing like the picture. There was no visible fade, and the haircut looked uneven, messy, and unfinished. The haircut took over two hours, even though my hair was already very short. Alicia also asked if I wanted to wash my hair afterward, but I declined because I was disappointed with the result. My wife spoke with the staff about the haircut, and we were told that nobody felt confident enough to fix it. I ended up going to Legends Barbershop in Lacey, where they were able to fix the haircut and give me the style I originally wanted. I appreciate Alicia’s kindness, but the quality of the haircut did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to others.

  I went today and got a haircut and style by KamyJo and she was the best! Very friendly and was excellent at what she did.

  Melanie was fantastic. She colored my teenage daughter's hair darker with some lighter money pieces. My daughter loved it. Melanie went the extra mile to get us in for the appointment.
