  Melanie was fantastic. She colored my teenage daughter's hair darker with some lighter money pieces. My daughter loved it. Melanie went the extra mile to get us in for the appointment.

  As you grow older.. you realize what’s important. And you do your best to take care of.. what’s important. Well, hair care is important! My main “cutter”, passed, a few years back. But this JC Penney’s has kept a few.. few good stylist employed. I just had my first appointment with Melanie. Occasionally it’s been Parris. Went in with the idea and a picture. Those two.. and COMMUNICATION is important. Why are you paying for something you’re not happy with? You don’t leave the chair till you’re happy. It’s so easy. Some of these reviews are from adult parents!?! YOU are responsible for your child. YOU made them cry. Not the employee. Harden up! And use your words. I’ve never left this JC Penney unhappy. Because I communicate!!! Melanie took a lot of the “weight” off.. while keeping the length I like. Now, if only I can keep appointments consistent. Thanks Melanie. I’ll be back.

  I have been seeing Paris , she has been doing foiling and styling my hair for the last 2 years I have never been disappointed.

  Just saw Parris today for an appointment. I have been seeing her for 5-6 years now. I got a color, cut and eyebrow waxing. She is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her. She 100% takes into account what I want, but is sure enough of her expertise to gently stop me if I try to do something that would look ridiculous on me. She has worked with me and babied my hair while I was losing so much of it and kept it shaped so it looked the best. It has now filled back in and she is still shaping it perfectly. If you need a stylist that is friendly, great at her work and all around amazing, please set up an appointment with her.

  Parris is the best! I am never disappointed when she is done with my hair! Always listens and takes the time to do it right! She is an asset to your salon!!!!
