  Great atmosphere, the staff was friendly, came in for a fill and 3 nail repairs.my nails were in terrible shape.Yami did an incredible job🥰🥰🥰 haven't found anywhere on the whole island that can actually shape my nails like I like and good?? Till today awesome, perfect job Yami I will definitely be coming back..thank you soon much 😊 😀 ☺️

  Shay did a wonderful job for my blowout. Felt comfortable, laughed, and my hair is beautiful thanks to her! Coming back for sure :)

  I had such a great experience at this salon! Xaimara did my haircut and I absolutely love it. She really listened to what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Highly recommend definitely a 5-star experience!

  Polished Studio is a very professional and friendly salon. My hair stylist is Shay and she is amazing and the best I've ever had in my 40 years of salon experience. She is an expertise in color and precision cuts. She is a perfectionist and I am thankful for her attention to my hair and all the love it needs! She is a true professional and she only focuses on you! I am so glad I found her and I'll drive the island to see her. Highly recommend this salon and Shay, you won't be disappointed.

  The haircut was okay. I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen and there were no apologies or explanations as to why. I would just appreciate for my time to also be valued. I didn’t appreciate the attitude that was given to me by Carrie and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I was spoken down to constantly along with the cape being tossed on me not properly clipped (while my hair was being done the cape was falling off, which she neglected to fix). This made me feel like I was a burden and not a client. Others may have had a good experience with Carrie unfortunately I did not. This was my first time here and will most definitely be my last.
