  Excellent. Just went there for the first time and will certainly return. It’s a beautiful space, calm, and comfortable. The nurse is an absolute gem. I chose a drip to help me recover from a bit of a cold. Sat in the most amazing massage chair during that process and wish it took longer.

  It’s been 21 days since I’ve hit a solid score on my Oura Ring, and honestly… I’m not shocked. Holidays, youth sports chaos, my workout grind — it all stacks up. A friend mentioned PRIME IV and told me I had to try it, so I finally did… and WOW. The staff was so darn sweet and welcoming, and the whole experience was unlike anything I’ve done for myself in a long time. It felt like true “give back to me” time — mentally, physically, all of it. Waking up today and seeing how good my body feels after the Champion IV? Game changer. This spot is officially becoming a staple in my health and wellness routine.
