  We had a fantastic experience getting our 9-month-old daughter's ears pierced at Rowan. Jocelyn was wonderful throughout the entire process—they clearly explained every step before getting started and made sure all equipment was thoroughly sanitized. Their gentle approach and warm, attentive care made what could have been a stressful moment go smoothly and comfortably.

  Fantastic piercing place, a must visit! My daughter got her nose pierced for her 13th birthday! Nurse Ceecee did a fantastic job, plus she was kind and attentive. There was a wide range of cute hypoallergenic jewelry options, and a female friendly vibe with a super positive feel! Thanks for helping us celebrate! Plus lollipops 🩷

  We walked in for four ear piercings and had such a wonderful experience! Everything was very clean, they had a great selection of beautiful jewelry, and we really appreciated that the piercings were done with a needle. Karleigh was amazing, especially with the kids. My 8-year-old was a little nervous, and Karleigh was so patient, kind, and reassuring with her. She made the whole experience easy and comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend, especially if you’re bringing kids in for piercings. We’ll definitely be back!

  I had such a great experience at Rowan in Alderwood Mall! Everything was very clean, welcoming, and professional. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Rosemary was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She patiently walked me through each step, explained what to expect, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the aftercare, which I really appreciated. Rosemary did an amazing job, and I’m so happy with the results! I would definitely recommend Rowan, and especially Rosemary, to anyone looking for a great ear-piercing experience. 💕

  I had an appointment this past week, and I couldn’t find their store because it wasn’t listed in the mall directory. Also, the store didn’t provide a phone number, which was really frustrating because I couldn’t contact them to ask where they were located in the mall. I finally found the store and checked in with the front desk. The ladies told me the nurse was unavailable for the needle piercing and asked if I could come back in two and a half hours. Both of them didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, which was very frustrating. I explained to them that I had another appointment, so I couldn’t come back later that day. Then they told me there was a device piercing option, so I opted for that since I couldn't come back. I received my piercing and purchased two studs. I left very disappointed because the next day I recalled my doctor told me not to get the device piercing since I had an earlobe procedure and that it would cause too much trauma to the earlobes. I’m very disappointed that the staff didn’t apologize for their mistake because I had made the appointment almost a week earlier, and I can't understand why they didn’t contact me sooner to reschedule, instead they waited until I showed up to tell me they didn’t have a nurse available for my appointment. I would not recommend this business due to their unprofessionalism.
