- IMIsabella MaciasOct 8, 20262.0I’ve been Going to JCPenney salon for years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I went for a Color and a cut. Even though my hair turned out super soft and the color is spot on to my natural hair color, my haircut did not come out the way I told her. The left side of my bangs look super chopped And uneven, and when I brought up to her attention, she just kept cutting, and it looked worse. Then, when she was dying my hair, she kept slapping the hair on my face and dyed the left side of my face with the attempts for her to get it off. I’m still left with hair dye on my left cheek. Very careless with the application of dye to my hair. I even told her I have naturally curly hair, I came in with my curls, and she went ahead and straightened my hair. I also believe management should’ve handled it differently. When I told the Manager what had happened, she offered to just cut more of my hair and to wipe the dye that’s already staying into my skin with water. Like that’s gonna Do anything. And I don’t want more haircut off. I wasn’t offered a discount, or anything for the bad cut job i received. I will be going to JCPenney in the future, but a different location.
