- KPKareena PierceApr 16, 20261.0We scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance for a bleach, color and cut. They called twice to confirm, let us know that the appointment would be 3-5 hours and that we would be responsible for costs if we didnt follow the cancelation policy. I took off work and showed up with my daughter at the appointment time to be told we will need to reschedule because this procedure will take a long time. We have scheduled with another Solon for later today. They lost two customers who are willing to pay for expensive procedures. I dont understand.
