  I came in with bright red hair and left with the most beautiful dark cherry color! Annabelle did my hair and she was so kind and talented. I definitely recommend getting your hair done with her!

  I’ve come here several times now and each time I have a wonderful experience. Staff are knowledgeable about hair, and have great communication about styles, coloring, etc. sometimes I’m a bit picky / indecisive and they always help talk things out with me about my thoughts on a style! Prices are very reasonable too which is always an added bonus. I cannot recommend this place enough !

  Maddie has been doing my hair for a few years now. I followed her to the Lynnwood location after Mil Creek closed down. My hair is pretty simple, a short hair clipper cut. Maddie always asks if we are doing the same thing or if I want something different. The results are always the same, exactly what I was looking for. The salon was pretty busy today and there was some good energy in the air. Maddie made sure all of my needs were met and I left today feeling like party of the Elle Marie family! Thank you! ❤️

  First and last time today. Came in for an all over color with some framing of highlights in addition to a haircut. The good part -nice and friendly stylist, clean salon, convenient. The bad part- my reservation was at 930- didn’t get seated for the service till nearly 9:50. I was in the seat for 3.5 hours for the trim and color. My haircut was done with dry hair. Once done with the hair color , my blond hair was now brown and I didn’t even recognize myself. She said she could quickly fix it ( it wasn’t quick- and it burned my scalp) It’s now pinkish, red, blond with obvious brown streaks.) the streaks of difference don’t blend even slightly. She was very kind and offered to redo it- but after 3.5 hrs, I was tired. She offered the service I had done for no charge. Very nice. I said how about paying for the haircut and she said yes, I paid for the haircut only. I’d of rather had my hair colored right the first time, not a third time and not to have to return to any salon for a few weeks. I understand it’s hard when new clients come in, but back to Gene Juarez I go, where the cost is higher, but worth it.my experience may not be yours. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
