- EMErika MartinezFeb 14, 20245.0I’m not the best at leaving reviews (I get lazy 😩), however, this one NEEDS to be done. I had the most superb experience last night at Aveda. It was about 7:45/7:55 pm almost closing time, and this lady (cannot remember her name) took her time with me. I knew exactly what I wanted and she still offered me tea, signed me up for rewards, and gave me a 2 minute neck/shoulder massage. She was humorous and kind. You don’t see customer service like that now a days. She went above and beyond and really modeled their Aveda mission. Gosh! I wished I remembered her name. Anyways, please prove her the feedback and continue to care for people the way SHE did! 🫶🏼
