    Sales associates are friendly and helpful (much nicer than Ulta). It’s unfortunate and sad to hear about their problems with shoplifting though.

    I have been to this Sephora twice in two weeks. The first time, was mid day on a weekend so, they were busy. I wondered around a little and finally asked someone for help with a foundation. She looked and they were out of the color number. She said sorry, and walked away. She didn’t offer other options or to order online. There were 3 other employees standing together chatting—not offering to help anyone and kind of ignoring customers. The second time was an afternoon on a week day. I went in because I didn’t like the foundation I ordered online, and wanted help finding another one. I walked up to the first person I saw and asked if she could help me. She kind of just stared at me, like I was bothering her. I explained that I wanted a new foundation and maybe a primer and was open to suggestions. She called someone on her headset, told me it would be a 5 minute wait and someone would be over. I was one of 4 customers in the store. I waited. No one came. So I went to the counter and returned my foundation. The woman didn’t ask why I was returning it or offer to help in anyway. Two employees came up and chatted with her while she was doing the return. When my refund was processed, I asked if she was the manager. She was. I told her that I’d been in twice now and that no one was willing to help me when I asked. She said sorry, shrugged and that was it. I’ve never been to a Sephora where the employees flat out do not want to help. It’s really sad and frustrating. I won’t be going to this Sephora again.

    I recently visited the Sephora at The Village at Totem Lake. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. We came in with a list of items, but it was hard to get consistent help. One associate started assisting us but left before we could find everything, so we had to continue on our own. Overall, we did not have a good experience.
