- RRRenee RivaJul 9, 20265.0I went to JCPenny salon to follow where my former stylist Suzy (aka Suthiwa) is now working. She is the only stylist I trust with my hair in both color and cuts. She works very well following a photo of what cut you want or color. My hair was stripy orange as seen on left, I wanted an icy blonde highlight and got exactly what I wanted. She is a true hair artist and knows intuitively what will look best on you and takes her time to get it to perfection. She takes pride in her work and it shows she cares.

- BBBeeMar 12, 20261.0I visited JCPENNY SALON for a straight cut, but instead, I ended up with short hair with layers. I strongly advise against going there. The communication between customers and hairdressers is terrible. Please read all the reviews and avoid this salon at all costs. You risk leaving with something you didn’t ask for. My hair was ruined! 😭
