  I've never really had a haircut experience where I was truly like wow this is not a good cut but unfortunately that's what happened here. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted and she immediately seemed kinda unsure and acted as if it was almost going to be to hard of a cut for her. She then just turned me away from the mirror and started chopping away never checking in with me on the length. Then when it was time to cut the top she kept telling me I didn't have enough hair to cut when I said I just wanted a little trim up there. With her unsure look she started poking around and honestly did just what I asked for up top. But the sides look more bald then the fade I showed her. I do feel bad because she was such a sweet stylist and her prices were very fair but this cut is just not it.

  So upset with how my son’s haircut went today. He’s been growing it out for two years. He’s autistic and learned skills to brush and take care of his hair to prove he could have it long. We were all so proud of him. He asked for a mullet and we all obliged him! They started and a guy came over to teach her the clippers. Okay. He then started cutting the top short after we asked specifically for as long as possible. I let it go even though I could tell my son was upset. He finally went away and she started cutting his hair. My son relaxed and was doing better. She was checking in with him explaining how little she was going to cut off. Then he suddenly came over blocked my view and cut the entire back of my son’s hair off. Mullet was gone. All his length gone. I don’t understand why the stylist I picked that I specifically told he wanted as much length as possible. The one I told we both loved exactly what she did kept her mouth shut and didn’t stop him from cutting all his hair off. Now he looks like he has a bowl cut in front and left crying upset he has an awful haircut before school starts.

  I was very happy with what Shaina did to my hair. I hadn't had my hair cut in decades and she was very helpful and put me at ease.

  Hope you don't need a haircut here, they don't answer the phone and there's no voicemail. Good job. Customer service at is finest. You call, you go straight to the typical we're-to-cheep-to-pay-a-real-person call-bot. Who loops you through options that lead nowhere. Who needs customer service when you've got profits to worry about.
