You call, you go straight to the typical we're-to-cheep-to-pay-a-real-person call-bot. Who loops you through options that lead nowhere. Who needs customer service when you've got profits to worry about.

Upon arriving the stylist was not planning to do the entire head though it was gone over when the appointment was set. Then said stylist thought it’d be a great idea to be rude to me and my 13 year old daughter.
