  I have been seeing Jessica for 20 plus years. I have never been disappointed. She is a master at cutting hair. She is friendly and cute. I must say her new trainee was superb. Mason is her name. Strong fingers for a glorious head message while shampooing my hair She started the blow out,Nicely done then Jessica did the final touch.

  Aislinn is a magician with long hair, layers and texture! My hair always feels and looks amazing after seeing her. She also has the best product suggestions and styling advice. 100/10

  I have been seeing Aislinn for about a year now & have loved my experience! I alternate between a full or partial foil, and she always does a fantastic job. She is so sweet & always a pleasure to spend a few hours with. I feel like she really listens to what I want and executes my vision. I’ll be coming to her for many years to come!

  Giving one star because the salon is nice inside, parking is easy, and they carry my favorite brand hair products. I recently saw Aislinn for a dark all over color as my usual hair stylist was traveling internationally for a few weeks when I was due to get in. I have naturally dark brown hair and I’m 43 yrs old. I get my roots colored every 4-6 weeks. I’ve always had dark brown hair, I know my exact color formula I’ve gotten for years, and I am very descriptive when trying a new hair stylist. I told her I do not want black hair. I don’t want it cool, I want it to match my natural color. It really should be a slam dunk to color my roots using the formula I told her. Aislinn was nice and friendly, but colored my roots black. So I had to go on a two week vacation with two toned hair, roots that are so dark they don’t match the rest of my hair, and I have to let it grow out now so I will see a darker strip moving down as my hair grows out. This is such a disappointing outcome for what should’ve been a really easy appt with zero guesswork. I truly don’t know how she messed my hair up. Before applying my color Aislinn applied a skin barrier around my hairline. I thanked her for this and said it’s nice to leave and not have color stained on my skin, and she replied “oh, none of my clients leave with color on their skin. I have been doing this many years and that never happens.” This is actually quite laughable as I left with more dye stain on my skin than I have ever experienced. There were thin hair line dye marks across my cheeks from where a hair or two touched my face, I had a dark spot on my neck that looked like a hickey for several days after, and bad dying around my hairline on my forehead. I’ve colored my hair for almost 30 years and I’ve never had hair dye on my face and neck after an appt like this. Also, the flow of my appt was as odd. She has an assistant that does most of the work for her. Her assistant helped apply my color, washed my hair, and helped dry it. Aislinn is that busy she can’t do a root color touch up for a new client herself? Makes me laugh. I am so disappointed by my outcome I will never go back to Salon Riviera, even to see someone else, and I definitely don’t recommend anyone go here for hair color.

  Chalize, did an exceptional job!!!!! Even if my hair is done well(wherever I have gone in the past)and in leaving, I feel pretty good, it can take me a while to get used to!!! Sometimes, I am a little shook up even and it ends up taking me quite a while to get used to!!! However, with this experience, my hair was just amazing from the get go! I walked out of there feeling SO pretty and came home and sent pictures to my loved ones and they think it is amazing!!!! Thank you so much, Chalize!!!! Thank you Erica, for your wonderful direction and support! I had a wonderful experience and I appreciate you both so much and I can’t wait to come back!!!! Not to mention the salon is absolutely gorgeous!!!! Peace, love! Take care! :-)
