  Turner did a fantastic job highlighting and cutting my very fine and perfectly straight hair. Already booked my next appointment with her.

  THIS IS ON THE FRONT DESK (Amber). I went in for partial highlights and a haircut. Jacque did my highlights and she did a fantastic job! But I got my haircut by a student, and I was her first “real person” for a haircut. At points, Jacque stepped in to guide the student (great). When I got home, I noticed that there was a difference in the left side and the right side. Also, when I put it in a ponytail, there are a few strands that are an inch longer than the rest of the hair.. I really didn’t want to go back, but I called the salon anyway… Amber (front desk) that I definitely should come back in, but I need to pay more. WHAT? Pay more for a service they didn’t get right in the first place?? Super disappointed, because Jacque was great!

  I got a blonde tip out and a cut from Mason and I am so impressed with my experience! The salon itself was beautiful and comfortable, and every employee I spoke to was so warm and welcoming. I showed Mason a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and she matched it perfectly! I love it so much and I am so happy with the experience. Mason was warm, kind, professional, and it was easy to completely trust her with my hair. I’d recommend her to anybody who wants color treatment!

  I went here for a color and saw one of their interns, Jennica! She was professional and meticulous, and her lead stylists checked her work every step of the process. It’s by far, the best service I’ve ever had - the result is exactly what I hoped for!! No doubt will return and will ask for Jennica specifically. Every person was so lovely and the atmosphere couldn’t have been more comfortable. Loved the chairs for the shampoo service, I nearly fell asleep in mine! Will return soon for a haircut!

  The new location is good. The interior is beautiful. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the gal I saw has been very behind the two times I went. The last time was so long I ended up leaving. It seems that they double booked clients. I understand they are teaching people also. But my time is as valuable as theirs and I felt very unseen and very unimportant. Time to look for a new place unfortunately.
