- AHAngel HubrisMay 31, 20221.0I would never buy my supplies from this location EVER!!! I’ve been shopping at Salon Centric for my business for over 12 years. I usually shop at the Bellevue/Redmond location and totally happy with them. How I end up at the Salon Centric location is by placed an online order and pick up in store and accidentally had it sent there. I had order over $3,000 worth of products and came to pick up my supplies and no one even tried to help me load anything in the cart and help me push out the door at least. One of the sales associate pulled my stuff out from the back room and just left all the boxes on the floor for me to loaded in the cart all by myself. At the time when the sales associate brought out my stuff, their were no customer!!! For the amount of stuff I had, they could at least help me with loading the cart but I had to do it all by myself. I was very disappointed. I would never go to this location EVER again. Worst experience at Salon Centric

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
