  This is the worst haircut I could have ever imagined. I cut my hair the year before, it was long all the way down my back. I cut it for medical reasons. I spent a year growing it back. It was thick and curly to my shoulders. I went in and asked for a trim. Ruth, didn’t speak a word other than to say her name when I asked. She nodded her head in agreement to the trim. She then proceeded to hack and chop. She kept wetting it down with that spray bottle over and over so I couldn’t see what she was doing or I would’ve stopped her .I can’t even wear a ponytail because the chunks are falling out of the sides because it’s so uneven. It’s worse than I could’ve ever imagined. I am trapped in a nightmare. It was all curly shoulder length and I’ll include a picture of what she did. It’s gonna take a couple of years. I’m so, so sorry I ever went to great clips. I’m so so sorry that I let Ruth touch my hair. It’s so sad. I have nightmares about it almost every night. I hope I have time enough left in life to grow my hair back. I told the owner, she said Ruth just wants to learn. It’s horrible that they let her LEARN on my hair, instead of at the school she was supposed to learn from? Absolute nightmare never again. I don’t think I’ll ever let anybody cut my hair after this experience. I have spent a lot of money on supplements to try to grow my hair back. It was not worth it to try to save money by going to great clips. It seems to me those girls have absolutely no experience and they are practicing on people’s heads. I don’t see how a person with even minimal training could screw up this bad. I honestly think she was mad because I came in close to closing. She can’t be that bad and still hold a job.

  Worst haircut experience of my life. The Guatemalan lady(that's the only detail I know of her and forgot her name) gave me a uneven haircut, was aggressive while cutting my hair and when I tried to call to express my issues after due to not wanting to cause conflict, she tells me that I "should be truthful" when I was trying my best to be nice. I got their 30 minutes before they closed and you could tell that she was upset with that timing. Do not support this location. They are jerks, will shame you, and blame you for their terrible service. (She did offer to redo it but that is when she brought up that I needed to be truthful).

  My stylist was Ha. She listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly like the picture I brought in. I’m very happy with my haircut and will request her in the future. Thanks!
