  This was my first time here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Kaytie took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my hair, my style preferences, and how much maintenance I wanted before recommending a cut. She really listened and helped me choose the right haircut instead of just rushing through the appointment. The result was exactly what I was looking for—clean, professional, and easy to manage. Kaytie’s attention to detail and expertise made me feel confident throughout the process.   Shoutout to Brynn!!! I finally got to have my hair done by her after seeing here at the front desk for the last year! She provided a wonderful service and kept the whole process fun!

  I am very disappointed. I had my hair done for my son's wedding and it was nothing like i asked for. Showed pictures of loose updo bun with lots of curls in a some hair down in front. I emphasized lots of curls. I ended up with really tight bun, no curls, and he only left a tiny bit of hair in front which we ended up pulling back because it looked dumb with the small amount left. Unfortunately, he had me facing away from mirror so I could not see while he was working or I would have said something. By the time I saw, it was too late to change. So disappointed and stuck with it for all the wedding pictures. Just disappointed.

  Absolutely HAPPY with our (daughter and myself) stylist Brynn! I haven’t gotten my hair done in awhile and she listened to what I wanted/looking for and also added her thoughts and I couldn’t be happier! Same for my daughter. Brynn is amazing kind sweet and fun! We highly recommend her and can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much 😊
