  I wanted this to be a better experience than it was. I’m new to the area and still trying to figure out my go to spot for a pedicure. i let the girls at the front desk know this was my first time here and they just told me to sit down and wait. i was shown to my chair and then made to feel like an idiot for not picking out my scrub and mask scent, or my polish (if this is your first time here i’ll save you the embarrassment; it’s on the back side of the front desk wall). my technician was irritated at me the whole time since I didn’t pick my polish. she rushed through my pedicure, did a low effort scrub and massage, and made me feel so uncomfortable for the 35 minutes i was in her chair.

  I am new to the area and it is always stressful to find a new cosmetic place, i found 8th day nails just from searching on google and i have not been disappointed! These blue ones were my first time there and I loved them!! Amazing color selection & nail techs, these are my real nails with builder gel. I had Bebe and i have never had my nails last so long, they lasted over a month!!! totally grew out but they never chipped! these are my second pair and I showed a pinterest picture and Bebe totally brought them to life and i have never been happier!!!

  Everyone in the salon is so friendly! Jenny is the best nail tech ever. So fun and creative!!

  Loved my nails and the design, but it was much more costly this time than usual. Not very pleased with that!

  I made a pedicure appointment for 5:45 and arrived on time. When I checked in, I was told my technician would be done “soon.” After sitting there for 30+ minutes without an explanation, I left. What’s frustrating is that the salon requires a credit card to book and states that clients will be charged for being more than 15 minutes late. But apparently the same respect for time doesn’t apply the other way around. I completely understand delays happen, and I would’ve been understanding if it was 10 or 15 minutes. But waiting almost 45 minutes with no realistic update, especially when I only had a limited window of time, is unacceptable for a business. The front desk did apologize when I left, but the whole situation made me question the point of making an appointment in the first place. If a salon expects clients to respect their policies and schedule, they should respect their customers’ time too.
