- TWTeresa WhiteApr 28, 20261.0I got a haircut with Krys on 2/5/26. I had a 4pm appointment, but ended up waiting well over an hour while she worked on someone else. She presented herself as an master stylist with years of experience. She cut my hair blunt, no sectioning. I wear a side part, but she told me she would be cutting my hair parted in the middle. Any experienced stylist would know that would make my side part short on one side. I also let her know I didn't want my hair thinned, but it was overdone. It's been 3 months since, this haircut, especially my short side part and the over done thinning to grow out. I was charged $50. I won't be returning to JCPenny Salon.

- JRJenn RSep 6, 20255.0I have been struggling with severely damaged hair for the past year and decided to give the salon a try and selected Chrissy based on her note of specializing in hair heath. Weeks later - my hair is still feeling/looking/behaving the best it has in over a year. I did not purchase any additional products - using the same things (tools/products) as i did prior - just using them differently. That's what I really appreciated right away from Chrissy is that she didn't lecture my habits, instead she educated me on how to use them properly for my hair/hair goals (flat iron temp, position of clip-in hair extensions, timing of products). I look forward to continue working with Chrissy and happy that my hair health is finally on the right track.
