  Got 3 piercings (two helix and one front) by nurse Abby who was kind, professional, and thorough! The store manager was also helpful in explaining the different jewelry offered. Loved the store design. Everything was clean, well thought out and overall a great experience. 10/10 for service and pricing!

  This was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. The staff were very friendly and supportive. My piercer Abbey was amazing. She made me feel comfortable as I was a little hesitant and unsure if I wanted to go through with it. After a little encouragement from the staff, I decided to get pierced. Abbey was really quick, professional as she explained everything to me during piercing including the aftercare, or any questions I may had. To my surprise it didn’t hurt. I will definitely recommend Rowan/Abbey to anyone wanting a new piercing. They have the cutest earrings to choose from. I’ll be back for a couple more. Thanks ladies for the wonderful experience.

  I had a conch piercing done over one month ago. The process was super fast, performed professionally with a needle by a very friendly nurse, and it was pain-free. I loved my time at Rowan; the conversation I had with the nurse made me feel welcomed and relaxed. I'll be back in roughly one month to size down the back of my earring. The earring and the placement itself got many compliments, and it was an inspiration for my friend to get one, too! 😊 I have a feeling that I will be back for more. 😜 Thank you for this amazing experience! ❤️ 🙏

  We got my 9 month old's ear piercing done here. They were very helpful. Took time to show me suitable earrings for her. The piercing was done by an experienced nurse. Who went over in detail the after care and precautions that we need to take post piercing. Answered all pur questions patiently. Prepped the baby well for piercing and both the ears were pierced in less than a minute. It was not a painful experience for my baby. She was back playing and doing her usual stuff in less than 5 minutes. The people at this place are really kind especially if you are looking for a professional ear piercing place for a baby, I strongly recommend this place. Its been 10 days and my baby hardly shows any signs of irritation or itching. Thank you so much for a very nice experience for both me and my baby 😀

  I visited this location about two months ago for a lobe piercing. I chose Rowan specifically because it markets itself as a nurse-led, clinically safe alternative to a typical piercing shop. I assumed that meant needle piercing. It was only after I was already seated that I was told a gun would be used, and when I raised my concern, the response I got from the "nurse" was "well, you're already in my chair." She was was impatient and rude and left me feeling pressured into a procedure I would not have chosen. Her name started with an "H". Two months on, I have been cleaning twice daily exactly as instructed, and the piercing is still not healed. I have decided to let it close. I regret falling for Rowan's marketing and paying their ridiculous prices. This should warrant a refund... at least for the "service".
