  I wanted to wait a few days before posting my review to see how my piercings did since I was worried about healing. I had my second lobe piercings done here last week by nurse Houdah (I hope I spelled that right) and I have had 0 issues. I have very high anxiety, but she allayed all my worries and made me feel very comfortable and confident in her skill. I appreciate her patience and the time she took to help me feel comfortable. I am so pleased with her work and will be back in the future to be pierced by her.

  I really wanted to love this place. I had an appointment set for 2:30pm but it took 45 minutes for them to actually see me. Check in process felt smooth but it was grueling to have an appointment and still have to wait. Not sure if this place is understaffed or what but someone I heard who was a walk-in was seen BEFORE me. Not sure what the process is but I feel like what’s the point of having an appointment if you’re not going to be prioritized…. I will say that Ashleigh was wonderful and thorough. Our experience with her was lovely and if I could give her a rating it would be 5 stars. Staff was nice but again the experience as a whole was really disappointing because of that wait time.

  I took my 2-month-old daughter to the Bellevue location today to get her ears pierced, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Houdah was the employee assisting us, and she came across as extremely impatient and seemed inexperienced when working with an infant. She would get visibly frustrated whenever we tried to console our baby when she was crying, which was incredibly uncomfortable as parents. She also seemed impatient when marking our baby’s ear and didn’t give us much time to make sure we were comfortable with the placement. The most concerning part was when she used the piercing gun. The earring did not go fully through the ear, and instead of calmly addressing the situation, she was pushing it through with her hand. As parents, seeing this happen to our 2-month-old was extremely upsetting. Throughout the appointment, we were asking questions because we wanted to make sure we understood what to expect, but she was rude and dismissive rather than patient and reassuring. We also weren’t given much guidance or a proper heads-up about what to expect during or after the piercing. Considering how much you pay for this service, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, patience, and care—especially when working with infants. What should have been an exciting and memorable experience turned into a very stressful one. I’m not sure if I would return, but if I do, I would absolutely make sure Houdah is not the person assisting us. Based on our experience, I would not recommend the Bellevue location.

  Terrible experience! We brought our baby in for her first ear piercing ever! The person in charge of piercings was very rude to say the least. Didn’t even take to time to take us through the steps leading to the ear piercing. No reassurance for neither the parents nor the baby. She proceeded by ordering our children to sit away from the piercing station, then blatantly told me not to take a video of the piercing and not have her appear in any of the pictures I was about the take. I understand some people don’t want to be photographed and that is completely understandable, but the way you ask people makes all the difference. This person clearly didn’t have enough patience for the this task. We felt very mistreated and we asked her to stop and left the store. We were able to get our baby’s ears pierced the same day at Claire’s and it was the best experience EVER!!

  If i can give 0 star i would. We took apierce earing appointment for our baby girl the lady there was sooo rude sooo impolite from the begining until i sat and put my baby on my lap. It is saturday i understand people my not have their best day but to go and star yelling at my toddler who wants to see her litttle sister having her first ear piercing this is where i draw the line. Took my family and stormed out. Went to claire's nice people great services........i dont recommend at all. ( manager if you want more detail reach out, i dont think your business is gonna last)
