  I’ve tried several massage places around Bellevue, including Yuan Spa and Elements, where I have a membership. I was having so much trap tightness and pain that I needed a same-day massage and stumbled upon this place. May gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve had. It’s not as fancy as other spas, but it absolutely got the job done. I feel so much better and will definitely be back!

  Excellent massage. Masseuse was extremely thorough and kind. I am very happy and would absolutely come back again if I lived in Seattle. I was visiting during a work trip and really needed a massage, called everywhere and most places were booked up. Was able to get an appointment here same day and the massage was way better than I could have anticipated!

  Honestly deserves a negative star as the massage was anything but relaxing. EVERYTHING was bad. We got there for a massage and they took us to our room, which was ridiculously warm. They then told us it would be "five more minutes". It was longer than that as several people took the time, as we were sweating in the sauna room, to loudly argue. I mean it was LOUD. We should have left right then and there but like idiots we stayed. It only got worse from there. When the girl finally came in she had a note on her phone asking if I was ok with a male masseuse. Since they asked me I thought I would get the male masseuse. My husband didnt want a male in the room at all. Two females walked in so we thought everything was good. The massages started and the door kept opening with people coming in and out. It was bad and weird and just wrong. I asked the person massaging me what was up with the loud arguing and she said it was a scheduling issue. When the room door opened for the THIRD time someone walked in and I heard my husband say he "didnt want a male masseuse". The guy left out, but I'm guessing he came back in and my husband decided to suck it up, because when I got up from the table to ask my masseuse if she was ok (she was coughing and hacking all over the place, and kept pulling tissues to wipe her nose) he was being massaged by the male masseuse. This was father's day and it was the worst massage either of us ever had...I mean that. It was bad for both of us. The masseuse I had used one arm/hand the entire time because she busy blowing her nose with the other one. My husband said he could feel the arm stubble from the male masseuse, but he tried to make the best of it. On top of all of that all we heard was road noise. I had been there twice before and never was it that loud, but I was in a different room each time. This time it seemed like we were laying outside...on the road. Also, they didn't honor the first time discount for my husband, but we thought they were giving us a discount for the crappy conditions. We paid and left, only to be called by the manager 5 minutes later saying we owed them $90 (I had paid $200 and the full price of the massages was $120). So I got $40 from an atm and drove back and gave her an earful of how bad her place was and everything that happened (she somehow was oblivious to all the arguing and the fact she had a seriously ill masseuse giving massages). She was apologetic but she stopped short when I asked her to apologize to my husband. She tried to give me my $40 back, but I told her to keep it knowing I wouldn't be going back. Hands down the worst experience. Good luck if you decide to go here for a relaxing massage.
