  We recently hosted my son’s birthday party at Lush Bellevue Square, and it was such a fun and memorable experience! The entire event was well organized, interactive, and the kids had an amazing time making their own bath products. A special thank you to Manager Marcus and our instructor Jeremiah. They were both incredibly welcoming, patient, and enthusiastic with the children, making every guest feel included and engaged. Their energy and attention to detail made the party run smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a unique and hands-on birthday party idea, I highly recommend Lush Bellevue Square. Thank you, Marcus and Jeremiah, for making my son’s birthday so special!

  Went in yesterday to finally get to experience the Lush store for the first time. I’ve only got to see everything on instagram and it’s been on my list. As soon as we walked in we met Devyn and she was amazing! She took her time explaining products and gave us great direction in what products we were looking for. She was so kind and made the experience even better than I expected. We found quite a few great products and loved exploring the store with Devyn’s help. 10/10! Definitely will be back!

  I’m a fan of Lush and have gone to multiple of the locations, but I’ve consistently had unwelcoming experiences at this location. I’m rarely greeted nor offered any assistance, employees look uninterested, however other customers are approached immediately after entering. Overtime it just started to feel selective and unwelcoming. I just experienced it again today and my partner also noticed the selective service, we decided to just leave when they ignored us and immediately greeted the person who came in right after us. I hope the customer service experience here becomes more consistent and inclusive for everyone.

  We had the absolute BEST experience hosting my daughter’s 8th birthday party at Lush Cosmetics Bellevue! From start to finish, everything was so easy, organized, and stress-free. The manager was incredibly attentive, engaging, and genuinely wonderful with the kids — you could tell they truly cared about making the experience special for my daughter and her friends. The staff was patient, fun, and so easygoing, which made the whole party feel relaxed and enjoyable for both the kids and parents. Every activity kept the girls excited and involved, and my daughter said it was one of her favorite birthday parties ever! We left feeling so happy with the experience and already talking about coming back. I would absolutely recommend hosting a party here to anyone looking for something unique, interactive, and memorable for their child. Thank you for making her day so special!

  5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marcus at Lush?? BABY give this man a raise IMMEDIATELY 👏👏👏 He was SO helpful, like next level customer service. Took his time, showed us a ton of products, and actually gave real recommendations, not just random upselling. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares. I ended up getting Stormy Weather and my friend got Princess Rosalia, and let me tell you… we walked out feeling like THAT GIRL 💅✨ Marcus is an absolute rock star, energy was unmatched, vibes were immaculate. Lush, protect him at all costs!! 10/10 experience, will 100% be back just for him. GO OFF MARCUS 👑
