She looked at our scalp underneath a microscope and gave us both personalized hair treatments. She didn’t try to upsell us just give us exactly what we needed. She was extremely pleasant and helped us find the perfect gift also.

She's been with the company for TWELVE years so needless to say, she's an expert when it comes to all things hair! She analyzed my scalp and hair thoroughly. She answered my million questions in detail and I felt confident buying the products she recommended for my specific needs. Lisa was also very helpful, patient and super sweet. She even gave me a few free samples to take home. Both Lisa & Jennifer exceeded my expectations! Thanks to these 2 wonderful ladies, I will continue to visit this store.
