Tylor was very nice and friendly and she was talking and making fun conversation throughout cutting my hair and made it seem comfortable for me. She asked me what she wanted to do. I like her style and her attitude. She did fantastic work

I asked for a high low bob with it ending at my shoulders. Showed picture for length reference(included) halfway through, I even mentioned it being at my shoulders because I had bangs, I didn’t want to give the Dora vibe and the tech responded. Yes, it was at my shoulders when I put my glasses on to see the finish product. I was visibly upset the tech then told me she would not charge me for the haircut.. I left very visibly upset and this is my haircut I left with.🥺 I thought that our interaction was pleasant. So I’m not really sure why she did this to me. So no, while she may not have charged me for the haircut I still have to continue on looking like this🤦🏻‍♀️

I had my hair colored and highlighted, and cut last night, and let me tell you, I had a fantastic experience! My request was not exactly easy. My hair was gray, and I had previously dyed it purple. There were still remnants of purple, and I wanted to go to a lighter, more natural-looking color. Ashley took her time and was caring. The end result was beautiful! I will keep it up and return. It's a breath of fresh air when professionals actually listen and provide you with excellent service.

This was my 2nd visit at Hair Cuttery. Hailie has been my stylist for both visits and I have been very pleased with her . She listened to what I wanted for my cut and did a great job. I will be returning there for my next cut.

I have to start by saying I can’t comment on the quality of their work—because I never even made it that far. I had the day off, my wife and I were already in the area, and the Hair Cuttery website showed a 0–15 minute wait. Perfect. We headed over. When we walked in, the waiting area was empty. Two stylists were there, one person was getting a haircut. When I told the stylist who wasn’t with a customer that I needed a haircut, the first thing she asked was whether I had an appointment. I said no, but that the website showed a very short wait. The sign-in iPad was offline, so an employee had to manually sign me in. She tapped a couple of buttons and then told me the next available opening was 5 PM the next day. Again—empty waiting room, two stylists working, no one else waiting. My wife even asked if they no longer take walk-ins, the response was we do, but it’s recommended you have an appointment. There was no attempt to accommodate us, no “we can squeeze you in,” nothing. Just a flat “no.” So we left—speechless and pretty frustrated. I can say with confidence that no one in my circle will be going to this location again. This was a massive customer service failure, and I’m still trying to wrap my head around how unwilling the staff were to even try to help. If you’re planning to get a haircut here, good luck. I hope your experience is better than mine.
