- HWHaylee WallaceJul 3, 20261.0I had a hair appointment scheduled for July 3 at 9:30 a.m. Unfortunately, I received a call at 9:10 a.m.—after I had already arrived and was sitting in the parking lot—informing me that my stylist was unavailable due to illness. While I understand that unexpected situations happen, I was very disappointed by the lack of advance communication. If the stylist was unable to work that day, I believe clients should have been notified as soon as possible rather than just minutes before their scheduled appointments. I hope the academy reviews its communication process so future clients receive more timely updates and can avoid unnecessary travel and inconvenience. this is NOT the first time this has happened!
