From the moment I walked in, I had immense doubts. Ana, who I had an appointment with, didn’t say a word as I entered, and was obviously very unhappy already. Throughout the cut, had a terrible attitude unlike anyone who has ever touched my hair. I should have listened to my gut and left. Zero consideration as to what the customer wants. Zero communication. She just did whatever she wanted. Total chop shop — they do not care about you. They masquerade as some sort of nicer place when in reality it’s worse than any $20 fade you’ll get at your local barber shop. Do not go here under any circumstance.
