- CFCarina FloresJul 2, 20261.0My experience at Sephora was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and acted like answering simple questions was an inconvenience. I waited for assistance while several employees stood around talking to each other, and when someone finally acknowledged me, they were rude, dismissive, and rushed me through my questions. I expected a much higher level of professionalism from a store with Sephora's reputation. Instead, I left feeling ignored and frustrated. Customer service should make shoppers feel welcome, not like they're bothering the employees. I won't be returning to this location, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience. If it would have allowed me to put a zero I would definitely. Guess that’s why I’d rather do online than shop in person. Highly disappointed.

Absolutely 0 professionalism or customer service from the 2 extremely unconcerned girls "working." Not only did they look me in ny face a few times & not even say hello, while milling around doing nothing of importance. No one even asked if I needed help, which I did. I intended to go there and buy a whole new skin care supply, but decided not to spend a dime of my money in there bc of poor customer service. Idk if Sephora isn't training their employees, which I highly doubt, or if these were just bad employees. Either way, I hope no one else has this experience.
