- RGR GOct 3, 20261.0I'm just a guy looking for cologne and following my wife around. Checkout sucked and my back hurt. There was one person working register with a customer applying for a credit card. The line was 13+, and all I kept hearing was employees radioing for help and no one coming. I didn't even say anything to my wife about it and she said " i am never shopping in person again, I couldn't even find everything I came here for." Apart from that, a woman named jerusalem was great.

If you can not provide minimal customer service, then please don’t work. Rolling your eyes and being beyond disrespectful is such a shame. This store needs to provide their team with customer service training. It’s better to drive to Tyson’s or else where then come to this location.

It's not. Just touch up your makeup/hair at Sephora and head to Ulta, Macy's, or Nordstrom to spend your hard earned money.
