  This Salon Centric location used to be one of my favorite place to shop but no longer. I came here for Redken shade eq the most. But from now on I will only shop for Redken at Paul Beauty Warehouse. I own my business and spent a lot of money here but the staffs got so rude lately. I came last month for my salon shop amd saw the hot tools on sale with 20% off. I bought a curling wand cost $58.79 after sale. When I came home, I realized that I was not the wand, it's a regular curling iron. I brought back to the store next day to exchange or return. The staff there threw a face at me and said the sale item cannot be returned or exchanged. I said I just bought yesterday and haven't opened yet. She said "still". What? Excuse me! I ended up calling the customer service and they said apologize for what happened to me and send me a return label to drop it off at UPS. I had to pay extra $7 for a box to send back. For 3 weeks now, they got my item but never refund my credit. They kept saying that my case was sold. I did not want to write this review but I am not happy at all with Salon Centric staffs and online customer service. I will cancel their credit card and shop somewhere else.

  This is my favorite location to visit when I’m in the area. The store is SO clean and organized with lots of options. Jess is the sweetest and Jade calls me when they have sales. Cannot recommend them or this store enough!!

  Jess and Jade are the best !!! They're my favorite people ! Very professional, and always welcoming and educated on all products. They really take good care of me!

  I have visited this SalonCentric numerous times due to it being it the most local one for me and I have experienced the worst customer service. Unfortunately most of my experiences are negative due to lack of customer service from the same employee Jess. I have been hesitant to ask her for help because she has a very rude attitude and speaks down to me when she responds to my questions i am not sure if due to my ethnicity or to my appearance I will no longer be coming to this location and will be visiting cosmoprof.

  I love this location, everyone is really nice and I love that they call you when they have deals. Jade she is really nice and helpful. Thank you
