    Haircut was great and hairstylist was awesome and professional.but I received a message from haircut Lilly and offered 50% off but at salon they did not offer.they are scammer.

    I had such a great experience with Kayli today! She really listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for long layers. I’m so happy with my haircut! She was very friendly and did a great job. I will be coming back!

    Walked up at 5:40 pm a lady quickly locked the door and ran in back. They close at 6 so I understand the issue of them not getting ready to close but the way the lady was laughing while she was doing it was completely rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming here. I’d stay away

    I am so irritated i went there yesterday and paid to get my hair done ounce i got home i noticed a straight line in the front on my hair and patchs of highlights all trew my hair so i called and complained and they scheduled me to go in today to get it fixed so i go in today at 1pm for my scheduled 1pm appointment and waited till almost 1:40 before she started because they were cutting other people hair was already irritated then i explained im not happy with the line in the front witch is my biggest issue the LINe across and the color is to dark she lighted the color but i still have the same damn line i went in for in the first place ive been coming here for years and never complain but im so unhappy still with my hair i wasted 2 hours there yesterday 3+ hours today for nothing and the lady told me to go back again to do rooth shadowing because she couldn’t do today i have to walk around all week like this unhappy with my hair that i paid for because i went there two days in a row and my issue is still not fixed will never be returning to this location im so unhappy still with how my hair looks still…. And i would like a refund because i have wasted over 5 hours to fix my hair and it still looks like this
