    THE BEST I’VE EVER FELT leaving a salon!!! April was sooo good - did a full consultation so she understood what I wanted and went the extra mile to make sure I left the salon feeling like a million bucks. She did such a good job with my balayage/highlights - paid close attention to details - and styled it perfectly…she was also so much fun to chat with ☺️ I almost always have to go home and restyle my hair post-salon, but I can’t wait to show off my hair now yayyyyy!!!! Thank you thank you April!

    April is absolutely wonderful! She did an amazing job with my haircut and styling—I love how my hair turned out. She’s professional, warm, kind, and made me feel so comfortable. Great conversation and such a lovely personality. I highly recommend April and will definitely be coming back! ❤️

    The stylist was fantastic and had sparkles in her hair that I adore. The seating is extremely limited, poor quality seats cushions poor fitting and broken chairs but the staff was friendly and kind and helpful… they were very busy and overbooked but nobody seemed upset to have to wait. I paid $70 for two boys cuts and I wish I could have tipped but I wasn’t expecting such a high cost for two cuts no wash or styling added… I would give the stylist $100 for her kindness to the boys and her gentle approach with them if I had the means God bless her and all the hard workers there they have a great team

    Don't remember the stylist name but she was blonde and probably late 40s to mid 50s. I asked for a shoulder length haircut with curtain bangs, gave me a haircut to my neck and gave me bangs that definitely weren't bangs I asked for. I definitely won't be coming back.

    My niece wanted her hair cut in layers and so we made an appointment at this location. The stylist who cut her hair the first time was not very effective. Hence I called back and asked for a redo. The manager , Gabriella and stylist Kenya were extremely helpful , kind and cooperative . Kenya cut her hair way better than the actual photo she was shown . She was friendly and gave suggestions on how to style her hair. Gabriella , the manager , was very cooperative and empathetic to my niece's unhappiness with the previous haircut . She was eager to do the right thing and cared about our satisfaction. All throughout the process both of them never displayed a hint of negativity, discontent or bad vibes. They wanted to make sure that we were happy .Kudos to both of them for doing such a good job and above all making sure to leave no stone unturned in customer satisfaction . Very rarely seen qualities in today's time ! If I could give more than 5 stars I would !
