  Sadly, I didn't have the best experience here. I came in just to have my hair dyed one solid brown color. At the time, I had blonde front pieces with the rest of my hair already brown, so it should have been a pretty straightforward service. I left happy, but after only two washes, almost all of the brown had faded from the front pieces, leaving my hair two completely different shades. I called the salon, and they told me to come back. The second stylist said she could fix it and even mentioned that my hair was now “compromised” from the first appointment, which was concerning. When the appointment was over, they tried to charge me another $200 which was the same price as my original visit. No one had mentioned I would have to pay again to fix the original service. After I explained to them again and after some uncomfortable back and forth with prices they reduced it to $50, charging me just for the blow-dry and treatment but I wasn't even told at all point that the treatment she added mid appointment would be extra. Now unfortunately, after only two washes again, the color has faded once more and my hair is back to being two different shades. After spending $250 I now have to go to another salon to have it fixed properly. The whole experience was really disappointing, especially since all I wanted was one consistent hair color and guessing they’ve only used some semi-permanent or gloss on my hair because i’ve never experienced this before. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

  Arfa did an AMAZING job , she was so kind and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. she is very gentle and careful and you can really tell she has had so much experience and really knows what shes doing💗 I will definitely be coming back

  My first time here and won’t be my last! I had a wonderful experience with April. When I told her about my issues with my last haircut at a different salon, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the changes she was making. She was upfront about pricing, products, and how she would cut my hair which was greatly appreciated. Thank you again!

  Beware! They inflate their prices way over what they advertise. Thankfully the stylist told me the cost estimates before she started. The price for full highlights was approximately $160 on the website, but when I got there I was told $257, because of their special “conditioning”. I came from California and the highest amount I’ve ever paid for full highlights was $190 (for 30 years) so I have no idea what they are adding to their special conditioning. Highlights do not need to cost over $200 anywhere…

  My stylist was April, she was very bubbly and sweet. I tend to be a little in my shell, but she made me feel so comfortable, and our conversations flowed naturally throughout the appointment. I let her know that I was a bit nervous about getting another haircut because of a previous experience at a different salon where my hair was left very uneven. April listened to my concerns and immediately made me feel secure and confident in her work.I got face-framing layers, long layers, and a U-shaped cut, and I absolutely loved how my hair turned out. It felt healthy, looked beautiful, and was exactly what I had hoped for. April paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was blended perfectly. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and left feeling so much more confident. I highly recommend April to anyone looking for a talented stylist who is not only skilled at what she does but also genuinely cares about making her clients feel comfortable and heard. Thank you, April, for such a great experience!
