  This was the worst color job I have ever received. I booked online for a balayage with root melt, but that is not what I received initially. They did an entire head of highlights that were an uneven mess throughout my hair. After it was blown dry and I saw the results I complained about the lines, how blonde it was compared to my inspo photo, and how uneven the toning was (I had both white and straw yellow hair). No one validated that anything looked messed up with my hair and they asked how I wanted it to be fixed. They added a root melt but the damage was already done as far as bleaching all of my ends. The photo in the car below is the final result. It’s not even close to what I asked for as I now have hardly any brown left in my hair, but for the cost I will have to live with it for a few months and find somewhere else to go next time.

  Three days ago, I went to this salon to get a haircut. Everything seemed fine at first, but they did not cut my hair the way I wanted at all. They did a very bad job. I specifically asked for a butterfly haircut, and they said it was no problem. However, they finished cutting my hair very quickly. I even asked why it was so fast, and they said they would dry and style it and then trim it again with other scissors. They did that, but the design was not visible at all. When I got home and washed my hair the next day, I realized how badly it was cut. It doesn’t look like a butterfly cut at all. I felt really upset and disappointed that they ruined my hair and wasted my $85. I am honestly very unhappy and I will never go back to that haircut salon again.

  NIGHTMARE. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed the stylist exactly what color I wanted, and they confidently said they could achieve it, but the final result looked completely different from what was promised. Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. A professional salon should communicate clearly, manage expectations, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this place did none of that. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for reliable color services.

  Found this salon online after moving here. My booked stylist he wasn't available, but they got me in with someone else. There was a language barrier and we used the receptionist to translate. I showed a photo of the auburn/copper tone I wanted and said I'm military, so I needed a subtle grow-out. I think when I said military that’s why they got worried of going red, or that’s where the miscommunication came in. Instead the gave me baby lights with a bright money piece. My hair is now much lighter and the front looks brassy/grey - basically the opposite of what I asked for. The stylist was very sweet, so I think it was just miscommunication. Not a bad job, just not the service I booked. Giving it time before I pay to correct it. 2 stars for kindness but the color miss. I had a stylist back home for 3yrs who I adored, it just sucks I still have to keep looking for a new one out here. I thought these reviews were good and I was going to leave super happy. I just need to give it time.
