    Horrible customer service!! I called for a haircut appointment for my son and I called to let them know I would be 15-20 mins late, and they ended up telling me I would have to wait until someone else is available. When booking a haircut appointment I am pretty sure a slot is atleast 30 minutes blocked so that the particular hair stylist can attend to the child for their haircut. What a nuisance, and the hair stylist was terribly rude on top of that!

    Due to a serious underestimating of how long it would take me to find the place, and monsterous traffic, I arrived 15 mins late for my appointment. They took me right in with smiles and friendly demeanor, never making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They cut my hair with smiles and friendly conversation. The cut was quite satisfactory, and the whole experience was great! I will be back!
