  I went into the appointment very hopeful. The color consult was informative and the stylist had opinions and suggestions I very much appreciated. Before the actual appointment started, the stylist and I reviewed what I wanted. I was very clear. Highlights. I followed their advice and chose a lighter brown for the base. They explained that because the foundation was a lighter brown, the highlights wouldn't pop out quite as much. I understand but I DEFINITELY WANT TO SEE HIGHLIGHTS. What I ended up with was a very dark brown base and no highlights were obvious. I questioned how very dark the brown was. But I was most concerned about no highlights! The stylist did foil my hair but I assume the pieces were so very fine, the highlights completely blended into the overall color. I called the salon to request another consult to modify the color to match what I had asked for. I can't emphasize enough how much I emphasized that I wanted visible highlights. I was told that she did what she could and to have highlights added would be another appointment cost, over $100 AND an appointment wasn't available for 3 weeks. I left it at that but will not be going back. If my followup phone call had been met with a little understanding, I would have been willing to work with her. FYI, not one person I asked could see a single highlight.

  My first visit with Gabby at Bespoke Beauty Loft was amazing. I had a consultation a few weeks prior that was necessary to make the appointment. Gabby performed low lights on my bleached highlighted hair bringing new life to my hair. She was so precise with her foiling and was not rushed with my past the shoulder length hair. My finished tresses are beautiful and healthy. I highly recommend Gabby and her team at Bespoke Beauty Loft! Thanks again so much Gabby!
