    Loved it! Just went in for a cut as my hair got way too long. I had been looking for someone who would listen to what I wanted for my hair (simple wash and wear) and take a look at a couple old pictures of me with my hair as I wanted it . I'd had someone cut my hair for 20 years pre-covid but haven't had anyone since. Well, long story short I found the answer with Josh at Hair Cuttery! He's fabulous! I showed him a pic told him what I liked and we talked the entire time he was cutting my hair with him checking in with length and style. It was a really excellent experience and I'm definitely going back to Josh next time! Professional, listened, efficient, good conversation, great haircut! Couldn't ask for anything more:)

    I had a visit with Crystal today, hoping she could fix what another stylist had done to my hair. I am at a point where I just want to grow my gray hair out and manage how it looks with gray blending. I had been to a stylist who told me knew how to gray blend, but she really didn’t know how. After consulting with Crystal, I decided to make the appointment, and I am so glad I did. Crystal worked on my hair for at least six hours to fix what the previous stylist had done and to get the color just right. She explained thoroughly step by step what she was doing and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I truly love how she transformed my hair. It will require very low maintenance going forward. Thank you, Crystal!

    Pay 275$ Explain exactly how, why, pictures. Very disappointing, I left with my hair badly straightened, like haywire even wet in some areas, the products used were very cheap and in top of it in a rush. They charge Williamsburg prices but the service I got today was terrible. Wish I can get my money back. I don’t recommend it go elsewhere probably for less and leave happy. The audacity of the person who called him(Jeff) a master stylist, but the worst of this people is instead of being honest and sincere they just care about money , with a horrible cough dealing with older customers . I asked him twice can you do this? He said of course. Clearly not professional at all. By the way the response down here is a generic statement like other ones with issues with this salon , I called like 20 times no one answered. Just writing something to justify the lack of professionalism.
