  The hair stylist here that normally cuts my hair is quick and efficient. The location is clean and I enjoy going to it.

  Extremely fast job which makes me feel like on the streamline factory product. The middle aged white lady looks like tired and don’t talk, when I ask if I should thinning out the top(I always do during the summer) she said you look good, no need. All right, I guess I’m done here, maybe 8-10 mins in total? Which including the check in and out payment process. I’m not enjoying this place, hopefully she just had a bad day, and I don’t have a good timing then. No more this.

  There was a Black guy, I didn’t see the name. She was too rude and behaviour was really too disappointing. She even didn’t cut the hair perfectly. From the beginning she was irritated and just cut it. I am so disappointed to her.

  Tina did my haircut some months ago when I lived outside of Williamsburg, so I had to return to this location with the hope to get Tina to get my haircut again since I recently moved to Williamsburg. Saw 0 zero minute wait at this location while other closer great clips had wait times, so I drove 15 minutes to get to this location. Arrived and Tina was washing and styling a lady's hair. From what I saw, the lady's hair looked really nice and I heard Tina having a nice conversation with the lady. My 1 year old son and I waited patiently and quietly. Tina finished with the lady. I moved my son's chair close to me before I sat down in the chair where Tina cut my hair. Tina told me that the lady arrived after I checked in via the app. She told the lady that if he arrives, he is first in line. Glad Tina took care of the other lady while I drove to great clips after checking in via the app. Tina cut my hair and some other ladies adored my 1 year old son and said how quiet and well behaved he was. Tina was the only stylist there. She has multiple jobs and she's in school. She works Tuesday thru Friday 9am to 1pm and different hours on Saturday and Sunday. Tina single-handedly managed the shop very well. Thank you Tina!

  What a strange experience today. I went in with my twin sons, and the staff outright refused to cut their hair. This would’ve been my boys first hair cut. The employee went to “ask her manager” because the boys were “too young”… nearing two, their hair is getting long. Great clips doesn’t have any policy that states they won’t cut a kids hair. When the employee asked her manager, the manager just looked at us and shook her head with a smug look on her face. It was oddly rude and unprofessional. We went down the street to another Great Clips, and they had my boys out and looking great in 15 minutes. They’d never heard of that policy either. Perhaps this salon just didn’t feel like earning money, with a big tip for allowing me to enjoy a first experience with my sons. Oh well, the same store a mile away did it without issue.
