She is always so professional, checking with me during the haircut if I need my hair cut shorter, if the neckline is cut and groomed the way I like it to be, etc. I’m always pleased with the outcome, and she gets the cut done quickly.

My butt barely had time to make a dent in the seat cushion and the “haircut” was substandard at best. I can’t believe I actually paid $60 for that incompetence. It was supposed to be a 30 minute service and I was treated like a drive-thru customer. Stylist was McKenzie and she obviously needs some training on customer service or even just humanity. Will never go back there and suggest you avoid it a place that considers that treatment acceptable.

And did a great job at upselling by scheduling my next appointment with her. This is the first time in the four times I've been there that someone completed this. As a business owner, I recognize this young lady has potential to push sales beyond what could she currently has. That's something I respect. One tip would be to introduce yourself. Provide your name and then again in the text messages that you send for the schedule. Be sure you mention your name at checkout again. This is your brand. Also remembering your customer's name and using that during your interactions. Great service, professional cut.
- KSKathryn ScobbaJun 18, 20261.0My 15yo son showed Brianna *exactly* what he wanted for a haircut. A “mod” cut male semi-shag. He specifically told her he wanted it “left like it is just the slightest bit off.” I inquired if he wanted it left as long; he said brought up a little more then faded up the back a little. The next thing I know I look up and she’s taken a clipper and shaved off all the hair. She never asked questions or spoke to my son to clarify what *he* meant by faded. Instead she just buzzed it all off the back leaving him no hair. He HATES it; I mean abhors it. And he’s angry; it’s not even close to the photo he showed her or what he said. His neckline is crooked (see photo) and needs to be straightened out. I don’t write reviews. But today was an exception. When you can see your customer(s) aren’t happy; say something. Own it. Because he wasn’t and she knew it. If she didn’t, she should’ve asked what he thought. She didn’t even offer him a mirror to look at the back. I am not happy either; the etiquette and communication was below even sub-par. Pretend that you care a little. Especially in this business. I should’ve refused to pay because it sucks. But I didn’t; so I hope someone actually reads this and does the right thing.
