    I asked them to fix me, my life is in ruins. They looked at me for a few minutes and got to work. ive never looked hotter, my ex wife is begging me to come back, and offering to pay alimony. My kids are talking to me after 15 years no contact. 4 out of 5 stars

    Service was refused. My wife and I arrived at approximately 7:10 PM on a Friday, well before their posted 8:00 PM closing time. Their sign clearly states that walk-ins are welcome, yet we were turned away and told they were fully booked for the night. There were no visible lines or signs of heavy business in the store, which made the experience even more frustrating. It honestly felt like they just wanted to close the shop and were not willing to stay a little later to serve customers, even though they are in the service industry. If walk-ins are not actually accepted, the signage should reflect that. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place. I would insist to take the business someplace else.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Abbie was absolutely amazing! She was kind, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I sat down. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and did a fantastic job. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I left feeling confident and very happy with my haircut. Thank you, Abbie, for such a great experience, I highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

    I booked an appointment asking specifically for a master stylist that understands short hair for women and got in with Kristen. She didn't disappoint. She has such a wonderful personality and truly understands hair and nailed it with my cut. My biggest issue has always been with hair that looks too heavy and she balanced it out nicely and took her time with it and I can definitely see this growing out evenly now. With short hair it has to look good with just a cut and no help with products. Kristen understands this well and cuts so that the hair suits your face and is manageable with or without products. Perfection all around.
