  I had such a great experience with both Aiyana and Nurse Elizabeth @ Rowan! Aiyana was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in for my walk-in appointment. She took the time to talk me through all of my options and answer every question I had. She clearly explained the difference between needle piercing and device piercing so I could make an informed decision based on my preference. I ultimately chose needle piercing for all three of my piercings. She also went above and beyond when helping me choose my jewelry. She pulled out several pieces I was considering so I could get a better look at them, and I actually ended up choosing one she brought out that I probably would have overlooked because it was a little hidden in the display case. I really appreciated her patience and how comfortable she made the entire process feel before I even got to the piercing itself. Nurse Elizabeth was just as wonderful when it was time for my piercings. She was extremely positive, thorough, calm, and hygienic throughout the entire process. Since I was getting three piercings at once, I especially appreciated that she never rushed. She was incredibly precise with each one and talked me through my breathing during every piercing, which made the experience so much easier. Even though it was a busy afternoon, with an appointment before me and another after me, I never felt rushed by either of them. Both Aiyana and Nurse Elizabeth gave me their full attention, patience, and detailed support, while also being genuinely enjoyable to talk to. I would highly recommend both of them. I absolutely love my new piercings and would happily come back to Nurse Elizabeth for another one!

  So i had my 3rd lobe piercing done like 4 months ago. I still had the giant scars bumps whenever i went to switch my piercing so i could clean my good ones. I went to this store, and told the lady at the desk what was going on(the one with the cute glasses and blue hued hair tips)). She suggested i get the sailine esr cleaner. The bumps are completely gone after using the cleaner and im SO HAPPY, plus the cute blue star earrings i got are adoreable!, mind you i was using a himilayan salt ear cleaner from body bar...yeah no way i suggest going here and not there. Its soooo much better

  Amazing experience. The nurse and sales associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. They offer the option to have your piercing done with the piercing gun or a needle depending on your jewelry option. Which I appreciate, because I'm slightly afraid of needles. I highly recommend this store because it's hygienically designed and exceptionally clean. Thank you ladies!

  As a first-time mom, I was honestly very nervous about getting my 11-month-old daughter’s ears pierced, but Rowan made the entire experience so much easier! The store manager, Iyanna, was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient, and walked me through every step of the process while answering all of my questions. Nurse Megan was also incredibly nice and efficient. She was quick and gentle, which made the experience much easier for my baby girl. Overall, Rowan is a clean, beautiful, and well-organized business with a friendly and professional staff. The prices are great, and the experience was honestly worth every penny. We had such a positive experience! 10/10 — I highly recommend Rowan! 💕

  Elizabeth was INCREDIBLE! My friend and I came in with an appointment time, but we weren't sure about what jewelry would look best. She was so patient and really took the time to show us what would look best and why. Super professional, super caring, and overall provided a fun and stressfree experience. We absolutely loved what got. Would definitely recommend! Clean, easy process, and lovely jewelry choices. Great addition to Lynnhaven. Go get pierced by Elizabeth!!!
