Desiree is awesome. She immediately made me feel comfortable, she is very personable, experienced, and gave me a lot of great tips! I was nervous because I am transitioning (embracing my grays) and I did a big chop! I was very pleased with my hair and experience with Desiree and I will definitely be returning!

Towards the end of it she kept asking if if she was done yet or if it was all right and I had to just say it was fine. Leave and get a haircut from somewhere else the same day.
