    Make an appointment for what arrived was told my stylist didn't show told to reschedule not my problem I was there insisted I wanted my haircut got it done but I was called because I didn't show up to my appointment on the other day not happy with this hair cuttery

    Had called to schedule 2 appointments for me and my son, found out only one appt was in the computer . Waited for more than 30 mins to find out , while patients without appointments were taken care off . I would not get a haircut at this place unless you have a consistent provider . The scheduling is chaotic!

    Five stars for my stylist but I was not greeted when I came in and the check in machine was not working. Another woman came in shortly after me and sat down. After a few minutes, a stylist came up and motioned for the new person to come up to the register and she did not have an appointment. The stylist was getting ready to take her up to a chair and I spoke up saying I had a 10:15 appointment and she took me instead. The other lady left because she could not get service until about 2:00. Guess my invisibility mode was on. Again, the stylist was wonderful and this is my usual Hair Cuttery.
