    This is the absolute worst haircut. Fade not blended, looks choppy, and even asking for it to be blended again, she did not. I don't feel like this location knows how to cut hair. I would never go again or recommend.

    Katherine was amazing! She gets 5 stars- she’s very sweet and did a great job on my thick hair! Only giving three stars overall because I cannot recommend Emelia- the haircut was fine but charging $72 for what she did was absurd. My daughter is 10 and got a shampoo, haircut and blow dry. She told me she would need to charge “a little more” than the $50 base price and it was clearly much more than that- and she didn’t even blow dry all the way! Disappointing!

    First time getting my hair trimmed at HC & Eryn was great! Listened to exactly what I wanted, washed it & trimmed it. I will be back as it's located conveniently and everyone was kind. Thank you!

    I really like this specific Haircuttery. The ladies are nice. And they always accommodate me with my last minute appointments. That being said.... this time was a little disappointing. Not because of the you g lady herself. She did her best with what she knew. The last time I went in for a trim and colour the lady who assisted me found the perfect colour mixture for me and promised to write it in my profile so it would be there when I came in for a touch up. Well... it wasn't. 😞 I am a natural redhead and having that perfect match to cover my grey is important. The young lady today tried so hard to match it by looking at the picture from last time. But it came out alot lighter. This was much more obvious when I got home and was able to get a better view. So I feel I wasted 164.00 which was after a coupon they sent me. That's a bit high for something I ended up not being completely happy with. And now I have to wait to have it redone and pay another 200.00. And try again to find a perfect match. 😞
