    Keara was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable--she has a very warm and friendly personality. She was attentive to my concerns, listened carefully to what I wanted, and never made me feel rushed. She was incredibly gentle while handling my hair and scalp, and her product application was thorough and relaxing. Keara's professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend Keara to anyone looking for someone who is timely and genuinely cares about the customer.
