    Had an appointment set up for 10:30am on 8/8/26. Did not get acknowledged until 15 minutes later when a stylist finished with another client. She apologized for my wait and told me that apparently another stylist was supposed to have checked me in. That said other stylist was just sitting in the back, and I could hear them just sitting and chatting in the back as I waited another 15 minutes - still nothing. There were no other clients waiting or that were in front of me in the queue, and I don’t know if they had some staffing issues going on, but I still don’t see how acceptable the long 30-minute wait past my appointment was. I ended up leaving with no haircut because I was in a time crunch, and I just found my waiting experience highly unacceptable. Not sure if I can recommend this location - thanks for wasting my time.

    Made an appointment with a senior stylist. Got there & told my appointment with someone else who is a brand new stylist fresh out of school. Asked for a pixie cut and showed a photo. Cut nothing like photo (not even close)and my hair looks like it's chopped in some places and doesnt lay well at all. Very disappointing.
