  10 min. Haircut charged $32. Luckily I had a coupon. Had to ask to wash hair. & did not put any styling gel

  Mars was definitely a 5 star. I woul rate higher if it were an option. She was most polite, friendly, efficient, and provided the perfect cut. I will definitely come back for her business, and highly recommend her.

  Brittany is an outstanding haircut stylist with a wonderful personality. She is very attentive and pleasant to talk to while cutting my hair!! I am sorry to hear she is moving up north. Yall are losing a great staff member!!!

  I came in by appointment to get a trim and long layers to accommodate the requested length to be trimmed. Timarah was my stylist and proceeded to wash my hair. As she led me to her chair, my hair was extremely wet still dripping. My shirt became saturated completely. She told me she would be back and went over to another customer. There was a teenage girl who was getting her hair dyed. The color came out and she started trying to mix colors to get the requested color. Mom and daughter were irritated at this point. Timarah consulted with another stylist to see if she could help. She then left that customer to go unto another customer. The gentleman was receiving a haircut. I was still waiting. By the time she returned to me my hair was dry. My hair cuts the best wet. She brushed and combed my hair and proceeded finally with the trim. She then asked me again what kind of layers I wanted and I told her long layers. She looked as though she was struggling to find a position (with dull scissors) to start my layers. She finished and asked me how it looked. It wasn’t straight and the layers weren’t there just the one above the trim. I then told her it wasn’t straight and the layers just weren’t there. She consulted with the store manager that was sitting the entire time and watching her struggle. She began to tell Timarah what she was doing incorrectly and then proceeded to show her on my hair. Timarah asked her if she could finish and Laveria told her no. Timirah told me she’d be back and then Laveria finished my cut while irritated. My hair again wasn’t straight and she made my layers so short they were all choppy and my hair was extremely short in just 10 mins. There was 5x more hair on the floor than before. I sat shocked and in disbelief. I started to get emotional at that point because my length wasn’t there anymore and the length of the last choppy layer was so short it wasn’t fixable. I had been there by this time 3 hours. I was so irritated and frustrated it showed on my face. I told her it was fine and walked to the counter. I was waiting to pay and Laveria walked up and said not to charge me because I was unhappy. She also told me to return to her if I needed. I left and went home. I showed my daughter and she stood in disbelief. She said it was entirely short and not straight at all with very choppy layers. I looked in my mirror and saw the damage and knew the only way to fix it would to cut it shorter. Not being okay with the length being extra short already. I immediately called the corporate office and then the store. Laveria told me that she had 2 stylists that could fix it but it wouldn’t be until Friday. It was Saturday. She then said Monday Brittany could fix it and she was great. Hesitant I went with the appointment. Monday came and I met Brittany. She had a professional appearance and her hair was amazing. I believed she could fix my hair. She washed my hair, combed it, and looked at the cut that was done. Every piece of my hair was a different length and extremely uneven. Brittany proceeded with caution understanding that if we aren’t confident with the outcome of unwanted mistakes others make that truly affect how we look at ourselves. She got it. My daughter’s graduation is almost here. I have family coming from everywhere and wanted to look presentable with the image in mind that was wanted. She was wonderful and fixed my hair to the best of her skills. Which was amazing. She also was the manager below Laveria. Brittany did an amazing job despite what was a mess. I left happy with the outcome and with the products suggested that was needed. Unfortunately, Brittany is moving out of state. I will not return to this location. But Brittany deserves 5 stars. It’s been over a week without a call from anyone higher than the store. Thanks again Brittany :)
