She provided me with options of choosing the right color. My hair color complimented my existing hair color. She blowed dry and flat iron my hair afterwards.

A woman came out and said “sorry we closed early because..” and just trailed off with no answer. Then she asked if we needed haircuts we obviously responded yes and she just said “sorry yes we’re closed” okay? Very bizarre.
