  Lisa was awesome. She is great at cutting and styling hair. I have found a great stylist and hope to keep her cutting my hair. She has a fantastic personality.

  Aubrie is an excellent stylist, but she's so much more than that. I came in as a Hospice patient that has had a recent stress induced immuno-response that resulted in me losing approximately 2/3rds of my hair. It was always very fine, but I had also a lot of it. So it was shocking to feel bald all of a sudden. I've been loosing entire bathroom sinks full of hair with every hairwash. Multiple bathroom sinks full. It's been horrifying. My hair was also over processed and had never fully grown back after my second round of chemo. I came in wanting a bob for up-keep reasons, but also just because losing that amount of hair every day is traumatic and it's worse the longer it is. IYKYK. Anyway, Aubrie is so kind and supportive that I would recommend her even if my hair turned out bad lol. But she's actually AMAZING and gave me a chic and smooth bob. Before I got sick I was known for my *ULTRA BLOND* below the shoulder length hair. I don't have that anymore and can't obviously. But it looks fuller and healthier. I'm still blonde. When I went home I did my makeup again for the first time in 2 years. I had forgotten how nice it is to feel pretty and taken care of. So I started experimenting again. I ordered new perfume even. Aubrie made me feel pretty. That's a wonderful gift to give to a woman that is relatively young and dying! I'm only in my early 40's and I know I have a year... maybe. And I felt ugly and hopeless. No one deserves to feel that way. And I don't anymore. I am considering making the trip from Virginia Beach to Upstate NY for one last Family Reunion this summer just because of a haircut. Aurbrie, you are an amazing person and you make a difference to people everyday, even if they never tell you. I can tell as a former nurse that you give your heart and soul to your clients/patients. I hope you know how wonderful you are. I hope you know how much you have increased this dying woman's confidence. Thank you so much for being so kind to me. Thank you so much for my new haircut. You are a beautiful person. Thank you for your intervention. It's meant everything.
