    Onyx , my hairstylist is very nice. She asks how I like my hair cut before going further with the cut. She is very good with customer service. She does her best to accommodate me, and she's gives good advice about my hair.

    Christine was wonderful!! I have not had my hair cut forever!! She made me feel very comfortable. I have hair anxiety and, at first did not want more than three inches cut, but after talking it through, I felt comfortable cutting off five inches and tapering in the front. It looks 👍 Thanks Christing, I'm very appreciative of your work ❤️ Karen

    The service as good. They even did a color test on strands of hair. BUT my 1 pm appointment did not start until 1:45 and it was not completed until 5:10. The cost was $30 more than advertised with no advanced notice. Several appointments were completed by stylist while I sat in the chair. I have never had a 4 hour haircut. Nice people but watch your wallet and don’t have anything planned that day. They are not concerned about your time at all
