  Went for my very first grey blending appointment after years of permanent color and dealing with the dreaded grey demarcation line. I had tried switching to demi-permanent and doing some grey blending at home, but the results became uneven fast — at one point part of my hair even turned charcoal. 😅 I was so lucky to find Melissa S. in Loft 10. During the consultation, she explained that grey blending is a journey, not a one-time fix, and that made me feel so much more at ease. Today was my first session. Melissa first lightened sections of my hair (she forewarned me the in-between stage is definitely a little scary!), then toned everything down to a beautiful cool medium brown. The whole process took about four hours and I’m really happy with the results. Melissa is incredibly skilled, really listens to your preferences, and has a very warm, upbeat personality. She also gave me a fantastic haircut. Highly recommend Melissa to anyone starting their grey blending journey.

  I usually cut my own bangs at home because I’m picky and don’t trust salons easily, but I finally decided to let a professional handle it this time. The stylist listened patiently while I overexplained everything I didn’t want, which honestly made me feel less anxious. She trimmed slowly and showed me the length multiple times before continuing. That level of patience is rare. I also noticed how clean the stations were even during a busy afternoon, which gave me confidence right away. The shampoo massage nearly put me to sleep after a stressful morning at work. My only complaint is that finding parking nearby was frustrating and added extra stress before the appointment. Once inside though, the environment felt welcoming and relaxed from start to finish.

  I booked a last minute appointment with Senia Acevedo and walked out with gorgeous hair! Her and her assistant, Kathy, were very kind and efficient. I got partial highlights, a deep conditioning treatment, and cut and style. My boyfriend, friends, and I love my new hair! I highly recommend booking with Senia!

  Great cryo spa . Many salons and regular massage businesses in the same location. I tried the cryo business and found it to be clean and professionally run.
