    I was thinking of getting my hair just a bit trimmed, but Judy suggested a short style for the Summertime, and she did a great job! She brought a lot of life and new style to my hair. She is great at what she is doing, she has vision, she is also very sweet and kind! She has cut and colored my hair in the past too, and she has always been wonderful. Also I should add, Ann had to resolve something for me, and she was great as well!

    No respect for walk ins. They make up their own prices and do random add ons when you’re finished. They told my mom she has a big forehead because the middle part doesn’t look good on her. Even requested a tip after that. What kind of professionalism is this, especially as a franchise?
